The Process
1. Site Check & Approvals
We review your property, access and services, confirm what you’re allowed to build, and organise the required approvals on your behalf.
2. Design, Selections & Contract
We finalise your floor plan, make any minor tweaks, and help you choose finishes from our standard range. Once you’re happy, we issue a fixed-price contract and lock in your build slot.
3. Manufacture & Site Preparation
Your secondary dwelling is prefabricated off-site while the foundations and service connections are prepared on your block. By the end of this stage, your site is ready for delivery.
4. Delivery, Installation & Fit-off
We deliver and position the home, assemble it on site and connect services (within allowances). Internal fit-off and finishing are completed so it’s ready for final checks.
5. Quality Check & Handover
We carry out a thorough quality inspection, fix any defects, then hand over your keys, certificates and warranty pack so you can move in.
